Youth from the West Kootenay region are working with Elders and Knowledge Keepers to deepen their connection to the land through creativity and storytelling. As part of the Fresh Trax project, they are creating a short film and producing an original song using sounds recorded from the land — capturing their relationship to place in powerful, artistic ways.
